Needed to do spring cleaning and 15 years of decluttering. Too much needed to be thrown to reasonably use my truck to haul everthing to the waste transfer station. Bin There Dump That was very easy to work with andhelped me determine what kind of dumpster I needed. Actual delivery was a piece of cake with the delivery truck able to place the dumpster exactly where needed. Ended up with the next larger dumpster at no additional charge due to some scheduling changes. Good thing too - I ended up getting quite a bit more done with the larger bin. We filled the dumpster faster than expected and Bin There Dump That was able to get removal scheduled two days early. Whole process from beginning to end was low stress, friendly, professional, and accomodating. Highly recommended! ~ Sparky P

Bin There Dump That has been amazing. We received our dumpers later than we expected, but truly was not problem. Was able to get a lot done in the time we had, but then thought we should extend one more day. By the time I was going to call my bin got pick up super early. I was able to call and talk with Rene, she was very understanding, as we didn’t receive the pick text. She was able to come up with a solution for us and executed it in a timely manner. She is amazing, professional and willing to work with you when things happen out of either side of control. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends and anyone I hear looking for a roll of dumpers. They are reasonable in price, even if you live out of the radius. I used Bin There Dump That for 2 dumpster rentals. Filled up my first dumpster in 3 days and got it picked up and a second one delivered within 48 hours. Awesome service. I can't remember her name, but the lady on the phone was amazing. I also appreciate how they verified that my final dumpster was ready to go on its scheduled pick up day. I was super busy and missed their phone call, email, etc, so I got a text, which thank you for using technology. I would highly recommend Bin There Dump That for their dumpster rentals. Just be sure you know what size you need. The largest dumpster is not as large as the standard construction dumpsters. I needed 2 full dumpsters to clear out the furniture, junk, BOXES of magazines and paper from a 2 bed, 1 car garage townhome that had lots of closet space for hoarding boxes. ~ C T

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. 1. Best prices I could find. 2. Ability to get giant bins in tiny places. The picture shows it slipped in between an immovable broken car, a lamppost and 2 trees. 3. Brought a new bin with them when I needed it dumped and put it in the same tiny place so we wouldn't have to wait at all. 4. Allowed me to push back the pick-up time more than once and didn't charge extra for the extra time. 5. Truly excellent customer service. Every time I called, the phone was answered right away by polite, helpful people (usually Dee Dee) who made me feel like an extremely valued customer. This is a great company, and their service is such a cool idea. I've used them twice now when doing fairly major landscaping projects, and it's so convenient being able to dump all the refuse in a bin on the property instead of making multiple trips to the landfill--and ends up being cheaper, too. They have different sized bins available for virtually any sized project; everyone at the company is friendly and extremely responsive when you call in; and they're usually able to drop off the bin quickly (though I would recommend reserving a few days in advance during busy seasons like the late spring to make sure a bin is available when you need it). If you have any kind of project that requires more than one trip to the landfill, I highly recommend pricing out a bin with this company first as you're very likely to save some money and a lot of time. ~ Joey

I just had my third dumpster delivery from Bin There Dump That and I want to say that I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and professionalism. Delivery was prompt, my driveway was protected, and the driver put the dumpster EXACTLY where I had requested it in my reservation, being careful to leave me room to get my car out of the other side of my garage and down the driveway. He was cordial and nice when I chatted with him letting him know that it was perfect and that I appreciated his efforts. I think this might be my last need for a dumpster for a while, but if I ever need one again I’ll be sure to call them again, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the COS area. ~ Vin D

If I ever have to rent a dumpster, Bin There Dump That are who I'm going to go with from now on. Their prices are on par with Best Way, but the service you receive is exponentially better; the dumpster was dropped off without me needing to be there and Al, the owner, is probably the friendliest person I've ever talked to on the phone I -received my rental on a Friday and, two weeks later, he let me have it for another weekend so I could finish up around the house. Updated Review - 09/16/2020: Still Five Stars! Needed a roll-off once again and went with Bin There Dump That for the second time. The experience was equally as exceptional as the first. I know I previously said that Al was the friendliest person I'd talked to on the phone, but DeeDee gave him a run for his money! Finding this local company was a game changer. The process for ordering a rolloff dumpster was effortless, it was dropped off on schedule, we had it for a whole week, and it was picked up without any issues. This company communicates effectively and in professional, friendly manner. The dumpster was put on protective slats to ensure our driveway was kept safe. We didn’t need to be home for the drop off or the delivery. The dumpster was well-made and easy to use. We will be using this company again, and I highly encourage anyone in the Colorado Springs area to use them for your spring cleaning, or yard cleaning needs. I called around to get a dumpster so many places acted like they didn’t care was about to give up and blowed my truck and take all the stuff to the dump. Then I seen been there dump that and gave them a call Lindsey who works at the office was so nice kind, and caring Answered all my questions that I had and was very friendly. She took the time out to explain everything I needed got me the right dumpster and got it delivered to me on September 5. My driver who delivered it name was Chad. He was extremely kind caring explained what he was gonna do and how he’s gonna protect my driveway and take good care of us and he did exactly that , but I chose this place. Over the past decade plus, We have rented bins from so many different local rental companies… but not one of them stands out as memorable until now. Bin There Dump That was awesome with not only the best price, on a 20-yd bin but wow-the responsive communication with us during our hectic schedules,, WHEN it would arrive, WHERE to place it, WHAT was acceptable and all the other randomness resolved that came our way made this rental for our the best experience-as a sat in our driveway exposed to everyone, it was a very clean & well maintained bin-as well as it having excellent security lockup so we didn’t find random garbage being tossed in by strangers. Bin There Dump That exceeded all my expectations. I gave them a call and they were very helpful. Having never used a service like this, it was great to have friendly folks help me get the right bin. The process was super simple. They delivered it (free) on the day I asked, setting it in my driveway. I was a little worried about having a stinky, dirty bin in my driveway, but it was clean inside and out. I used it for seven days (man, did I use it) and they picked it up right on time at the end of the rental period. No fuss, no muss. This service made my pre-move clean out so much easier. So incredibly painless to arrange, it just appeared the day it was supposed to exactly where we asked for it to be placed. After a week, we talked about pickup. We hadn't had a chance to clear out all we meant to, so I asked how much it would be per day for a couple more days - Oh, nothing. We could keep it up to another week if needed at no additional charge. Then, on the agreed pickup date, I threw a few more things in and took a shower and when I got out, it had already vanished without any sign it had ever been there. For a fantastic price not much more than a 3 cubic yard "bagster", we got a 20 cubic yard capacity and better service than we could have hoped for. We will not hesitate to call them first for any such services we may need down the road. I don't remember who recommended this company to us but, if I figure it out, I'll be getting them a bottle of something not on the clearance shelf. ~ Greg H

The epitome of customer service! Always answered their phone and responded back quickly when requested an online quote. Dump was at our house for 7 days and needed it a day extra because of some electrical issues we ran into with remodeling our home. Al, the franchise owner offered to leave it at our house for an extra day, no charge, and was totally understanding! Drop off and pick up of dumpster was timely and quick each morning. The driver of the truck that picked it up even swept the driveway after putting it on the truck. The best rate I found and great customer service! Can't beat that! Shopped around a bit and finally settled on Bin There Dump That. The main reason? Great people and great service. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to get a bin in the size I needed, when I needed it. Very responsive and personable. When you chat with any of these folks on the phone you feel as though you have known them your entire life. All calls I made were answered by a live person and they always followed through with any return calls...plus the price is competitive with all other businesses in the area. We recently had a friend pass away with his immediate family coming down from out of state and needed a roll off quickly, as he was a hoarder. Bin There at first could not accomodate a next day delivery. I explained the situation and the young lady put me on hold while she contacted her supervisor to explain our situation. They bent over backwards to help us. Delivered on time, professionally, and replaced with an empty when we needed another. Found them with a Google search with no previous knowledge of the company. I was pleasantly surprised with how great they are. The owner, Al, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pricing is great and the process is very simple. The dumpster was dropped off and picked up exactly when they said it would be, placed where requested (even on a steep incline driveway), and we didn't even have to be there for it to be dropped/picked up. When picking up the Dumpster they cleaned up around it and left things like they had never been there. I highly recommend them for any dumpster needs! ~ Mark F

From the kind lady who does the scheduling to the fellas who deliver, the employees of this company are pleasant, clean, polite, and professional. We ordered the 20 yard roll-off. It was set precisely where we requested, set very gently, and wood runners were placed under it so the concrete driveway showed no marks. Didi even counseled where we might recycle or properly dispose of non-accepted items. I'm delighted to have worked on our project with these good people. They were the best! They were so patient with our questions, explained everything we needed to know as well as sent an email with all the information and instructions. When they delivered, the were respectful of our property and took precautions to ensure our driveway was not damaged from the bin. When our time was almost up, they called to ensure we were finished and scheduled a time to pick up the bin. There were no hidden fees, everything was just as they had explained. I've now rented several dumpsters of varying sizes from BTDT (this is the never ending remodel....). They are very pleasant to deal with when scheduling (or rescheduling), deliver and pickup on time. Placement has always been where we ask and they always call before picking up to ensure you're ready for them. I've had to keep the dumpster longer than planned a couple of times and they're easy to work with for things like that. I haven't compared pricing since the first time I used them but they do have a military discount which is always appreciated. I'd recommend them. ~ Todd B

The service was extremely convenient and affordable to use. I would definitely use them again and recommend the company to anyone that needs a dumpster at their house. We recently purchased a home and needed to get rid of some trash and a fair amount of debris from our backyard (small rocks, dirt, and bushes). The truck dropped off the bin exactly where we wanted it, making it extremely easy to fill up. We also extended the rental for a few days past the typical 7 day rental period which helped out a lot (and the fee to extend was minimal). Great service all around! ~ John J

I am a General Contractor in Colorado Springs and have been working with Rene for approximately two years know. She is friendly, responsive, professional and I enjoy working with her. The delivery drivers deliver with the utmost respect to my client's property and the care they take to protect the driveway by laying 2x's prior to placing the rolloff on the ground is a notch above every other rolloff company in The Springs.
